Property Owners Guidebook

This Guidebook was created to provide information to Property Owners in Shadow Lakes on many subjects. As an owner you are a member of the Shadow Lakes II Association, a not for profit corporation. This publication explains how the Association works to benefit the Property Owners and how the Association Committee and Board of Directors work together to create a method by which all owners have an opportunity to give their input on the affairs and operation of the Association. It also lists the Rules & Regulations, which were updated and approved on June 27, 2009. You can obtain one at the Association Office, as well as on this site.
