This publication is intended as a
Guide to help in planning the development of your Shadow Lakes property. We will
conduct a Plan Review to assure that your plans are in compliance with the
Covenants and Restrictions of the Association and the Architectural Guidelines. Once your plan is approved, you
may take your Application for a Building Permit to Braidwood City Hall. The necessary
forms, required by the Association, for your Plan Review are available on the
Plan Review Packet link below, or at the Association Office. The City of
Braidwood Application for a Building Permit is only available at the Association
Office.
